Land of Light at The Irish National Stud & Gardens
This winter marks a historic moment as The Irish National Stud & Gardens welcomes its first full seasonal light show. Ireland’s most dazzling illuminated trail is set to transform The Irish National Stud & Gardens this November as Land of Light arrives to the Kildare attraction with spectacular displays, and breathtaking installations that promise an unforgettable experience for every generation.
St. Fiachra’s Gardens will be transformed into a glowing wonderland this winter as Land of Light brings spectacular illuminations, cutting‑edge lasers, and breathtaking installations to one of Ireland’s most iconic landscapes. For the first time ever, visitors will experience the gardens in an entirely new way, a magical after‑dark trail that celebrates the beauty, heritage, and spirit of the Irish National Stud & Gardens through light, colour, and imagination.
Land of Light at The Irish National Stud & Gardens opens on Sunday 15th November and runs every weekend until 22nd December. The 1.4‑kilometre illuminated trail concludes with a fun fair, and is the perfect setting for family evenings, date nights, group outings or solo adventures this winter.
In keeping with its commitment to accessibility and inclusion, The Irish National Stud & Gardens will host a dedicated sensory evening on Friday, 27th November. This specially designed experience features reduced noise, music, and strobe lighting, with trained, understanding staff on hand to support visitors who may benefit from this sensory-friendly evening.
